Budgets

I have just created my new budget for when I move which is this Sunday.

I can increase my payments on my credit card and save more as well so I am a little happier. I have also decided to look for an evening job cash in hand hopefully just to speed things up a bit.

For me the hardest part is remembering to look at it :)

Years ago when I was earning "real" money (about $100 a week) and it came in little paypackets I would divide it up into envelopes and write the purpose on each envelope. Work mates laughed at me but I never had to borrow and always seemed to have things under control. When we went to direct deposit things went haywire! LOL.

It does you're right, when I had a pay packet it was so much easier to do.

A pay packet was just that an envelope with your pay in it. :)
