I know it doesn't sound right but that is the title of the course I will be attending in September..

I can't wait..the course is the starter for Computer Forensics..

what is ethical hacking? breaking into a Russian IT system and not an American one....?

No..not American or Russian...it is strength testing your own network to see if it can hold up against virus's and hacking..hence ethical you are never allowed to use the skills learnt on anyone who doesn't want you to.
