Question
OK..I am ex military and I know I like to follow policies that are in place, so maybe I am not being open enough but here is the scenario
We have quite a lot of sites at my work, so we have some local staff who change tapes and basic IT things for us.
All the IT infrastructure and policies are made and tested here at the HQ, now we have a few site who have gone and employed their own IT staff, which I have seen the IT manager here stop sites from doing in the past.
Now these new staff members want rights over the IT infrastructure which means all the network...the Network manager thinks this is fine and so does the IT Manager even though they know that a current employee has abused this right...
Am I wrong to argue against this..which I am doing...
